Prostate Cancer Awareness Camp Organized

It is possible to prevent this, you just need to be aware. Dr. Santosh Kumar said this today while addressing senior citizens at Sector 27 Community Centre.
Prostate Cancer Awareness Camp organized by Global Alliance for Rights and Duties, Senior Citizens Association and One Way Foundation. On this occasion, former Mayor of Chandigarh Devesh Moudgil was present as the Chief guest. Councilor Shri Ram Chandra Yadav, Urologist Dr. Santosh Kumar, Senior Citizen Association Chairman PP Jain, Resident Welfare Association President Shikha Nijhawan, Fire Awareness and Safety Association President Jasjyot Singh Almast Vashishtha were present as special guests.
Dr. Santosh Kumar said that we have to stop prostate cancer before it reaches the fourth stage, otherwise it is not possible to stop cancer. Changes in your daily lifestyle and timely PSA test should be done every year after the age of 50 so that men should check their prostate and prevent cancer from growing in it, otherwise this cancer can enter the kidneys and bones through urine. Whose treatment is not possible. Through awareness every person can stay healthy and prevent getting prostate cancer.
On this occasion, the Chief guest, former Mayor Devesh Moudgil, said that in Indian culture, due to balance in food and the medicinal elements found in it, a person can remain healthy and live a long life. Moudgil said that by protecting the environment and including fruits and green vegetables rich in natural medicinal elements in our diet, we can prevent diseases like cancer by balancing our daily lifestyle and exercising. Youth today should avoid misleading and incomplete health and food related information spread on social media.
