ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ‘ਤੇ ਆਮਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ
ਮੋਹਾਲੀ/SANGHOL-TIMES/27 ਜੂਨ,2025( ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਾਮੀਆਂ ) :- ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਗੁਰਸ਼ੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਆਮਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦਾ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ 26 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਖਰਚਾ 2,59 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਗੁਰਸ਼ੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦੇ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਪਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੰਨੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੈ, ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਦੇ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ – ਵੱਖ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਟਿਕਾਣਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। As per information ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਤੱਥ ! ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 01 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 3,00,903,98 ਰੁਪਏ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ 3,17,415 ਰੁਪਏ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਸੀ। ਫਰਮ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਬੈਲੇਂਸ ਸਟੇਟਮੈਂਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਸ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 9,61,33,700,06 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਚੱਲਿਆ। 31 ਮਾਰਚ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ 2,47,50,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਅੱਚਲ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਧਨ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬੈਂਕ ਬੈਲੇਂਸ 83,88,429,08 ਰੁਪਏ ਸੀ, ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਤੋਂ 25,17,415 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ 1,81,35,270,77 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ, ਫਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ।

लॉरेंस बिश्नोई इंटरव्यू मामले में बर्खास्त डीएसपी गुरशेर सिंह संधू और उनकी मां के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति का मामला दर्ज
मोहाली/संघोल-टाइम्स/27 जून, 2025 (मलकीत सिंह भामियां, translate by Jatinder Pal Singh):- लॉरेंस बिश्नोई इंटरव्यू मामले में बर्खास्त डीएसपी गुरशेर सिंह संधू और उनकी मां के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। यह मामला उनके पिछले तीन सालों के रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर दर्ज किया गया है। इस रिकॉर्ड में यह बात सामने आई है कि पिछले तीन सालों के दौरान उन्हें नौकरी में रहते हुए 26 लाख रुपये वेतन मिला था, जबकि खर्च 2.59 करोड़ रुपये रहा। इसी रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर यह मामला दर्ज किया गया है। विजिलेंस ब्यूरो ने शुरू की छापेमारी! विजिलेंस ब्यूरो द्वारा मामला दर्ज करने के बाद अब गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापेमारी शुरू कर दी गई है। हालांकि लॉरेंस बिश्नोई इंटरव्यू मामले में डीएसपी गुरशेर सिंह संधू के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर पहले ही केस दर्ज हो चुका है, लेकिन पुलिस उन्हें गिरफ्तार नहीं कर पाई है। इसके चलते पुलिस के लिए उन्हें इतनी जल्दी गिरफ्तार करना अभी भी मुश्किल है, हालांकि विजिलेंस ब्यूरो सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार उन्होंने इसके लिए अलग-अलग टीमें बनाई हैं, जो डीएसपी और उनके करीबियों के ठिकानों पर छापेमारी कर रही हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार शुरुआती जांच में सामने आए तथ्य! विजिलेंस ब्यूरो के अनुसार 01 अप्रैल 2021 तक डीएसपी और उनके पारिवारिक सदस्यों के खातों में कुल 3,00,903.98 रुपये जमा थे, जबकि 3,17,415 रुपये का लोन था। फर्म के बैंक बैलेंस स्टेटमेंट के अनुसार इस अवधि की शुरुआत में कुल 9,61,33,700.06 रुपये की आय पाई गई। 31 मार्च 2024 तक की गई जांच में पता चला कि उनके पास 2,47,50,000 रुपये की अचल संपत्ति और अन्य संपत्ति है। उनका बैंक बैलेंस 83,88,429.08 रुपये था। बर्खास्त डीएसपी और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों ने बैंक से 25,17,415 रुपये का लोन लिया था। इसके अलावा परिवार ने कंपनियों, फर्मों और सोसायटियों में 1,81,35,270.77 रुपये की रकम जमा कर रखी थी।
