सेक्टर 26 अनाज मंडी एसोसिएशन ने सांसद मनीष तिवारी और चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष एच.एस. लक्की का किया भव्य स्वागत
चंडीगढ़/Chandigarh/SANGHOL-TIMES/KEWAL-BHARTI/July 12, 2025 – चंडीगढ़ की सेक्टर 26 स्थित अनाज मंडी एसोसिएशन ने आज सांसद मनीष तिवारी और चंडीगढ़ प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष एच.एस. लक्की का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। पूरे बाजार में उत्साह का माहौल था, जहां बड़ी संख्या में व्यापारी और एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी इन वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेताओं से मिलने पहुंचे।
इस अवसर पर एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष मोहित सूद एवं अन्य पदाधिकारियों ने मंडी में व्यापारियों और दुकानदारों को आ रही समस्याओं पर एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन सौंपा। मुख्य मुद्दों में सफाई की स्थिति, खराब होती आधारभूत संरचना, नोटिसों का डर, अधिक म्युनिसिपल शुल्क, पार्किंग की कमी, सुरक्षा और अधिकारियों द्वारा नियमों की आड़ में की जा रही लगातार परेशानियों को शामिल किया गया।
शाम को दोनों नेताओं ने दो और संवाद कार्यक्रमों में भाग लिया — एक सेक्टर 38 स्थित वूल मार्केट में, जिसे मनीष लांबा ने आयोजित किया, और दूसरा मौली जागरण कॉलोनी में, जिसका आयोजन लेखपाल ने किया। दोनों स्थानों पर दुकानदारों, रेहड़ी वालों और स्थानीय निवासियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया और अपनी समस्याएं साझा कीं। इनमें बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी, गंदगी और बढ़ती कानून व्यवस्था की चिंताएं प्रमुख रहीं। मनीष तिवारी और एच.एस. लक्की ने सभी शिकायतों को धैर्यपूर्वक सुना और आश्वासन दिया कि कांग्रेस पार्टी जनता के साथ खड़ी है और उनके हक की लड़ाई हर मंच पर लड़ेगी।
सांसद मनीष तिवारी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा: “हमारे बाजारों और कॉलोनियों की स्थिति प्रशासन की प्राथमिकताओं को दर्शाती है। दुर्भाग्य से भाजपा सरकार ने इन दोनों को ही नजरअंदाज कर दिया है। किसी भी जन प्रतिनिधि सरकार का कर्तव्य होता है कि वह व्यापारियों, छोटे दुकानदारों और आम नागरिकों को सहायता प्रदान करे, न कि उन्हें डराए या परेशान करे। कांग्रेस पार्टी आपके हक की आवाज हर मंच पर बुलंद करेगी और आपके अधिकारों की रक्षा सुनिश्चित करेगी।”
इस अवसर पर प्रमुख व्यक्तियों में डी.पी. रंधावा, पूर्व मेयर राजकुमार गोयल, संजीव चड्ढा, कृष्ण बवेजा, राजकुमार गुप्ता, भीम सेन अग्रवाल, यैंकी कालिया सहित कई गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहे।
एच.एस. लक्की, अध्यक्ष, चंडीगढ़ प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी ने कहा: “चाहे सेक्टर 26 हो या मौली जागरण — एक बात स्पष्ट है कि लोग प्रशासनिक उपेक्षा और रोज़मर्रा की बढ़ती परेशानियों से त्रस्त हैं। व्यापारी हों, मजदूर हों या आम नागरिक — सभी ईमानदार प्रशासन और लालफीताशाही से राहत की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। कांग्रेस पार्टी जनता के साथ है और ज़मीन से लेकर सत्ता के गलियारों तक उनकी आवाज उठाती रहेगी।”
मनीष तिवारी ने सेक्टर 26 अनाज मंडी में सुरक्षा कैमरों की स्थापना के लिए सांसद स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास (MP LAD) योजना से 10 लाख रुपये की राशि देने की घोषणा की।
तीनों कार्यक्रमों में भारी संख्या में लोगों की भागीदारी देखी गई, जो कांग्रेस नेतृत्व में जनता के बढ़ते विश्वास को दर्शाता है।

Chandigarh/SANGHOL-TIMES/KEWAL-BHARTI/July 12, 2025 – The Grain Market Association, Sector 26, Chandigarh, today extended a warm and enthusiastic welcome to Member of Parliament Manish Tewari and Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Committee President H.S. Lucky. The market was abuzz with energy as traders and office bearers of the association gathered in large numbers to meet the senior Congress leaders.
On this occasion, the President Mohit sood and office bearers of the Grain Market Association submitted a detailed memorandum highlighting the various challenges being faced by traders and shopkeepers in the market. Key issues included cleanliness , deteriorating infrastructure, Notices, high municipal charges, lack of parking space, security and frequent harassment by officials under the guise of enforcement.
Later in the evening, both leaders attended two more interactive programs — one at the Wool Market in Sector 38 organized by Manish lamba and the other at Mauli Jagran Colony organized by Lekhpal. At both venues, they received an enthusiastic response from shopkeepers, vendors, and local residents. The participants shared their day-to-day problems including lack of basic civic amenities, poor sanitation, and increasing law-and-order concerns. Manish Tewari and H.S. Lucky listened patiently to all grievances and assured the people that the Congress party stands firmly with them in their fight for justice and fair treatment.
Speaking at the events, Manish Tewari, Member of Parliament, said:
“The condition of our marketplaces and residential colonies is a reflection of the administration’s priorities. Unfortunately, the BJP-led system has neglected both. It is the duty of any representative government to ensure that traders, small businesses, and residents are not harassed but helped. We are committed to raising your voice at every forum and ensuring that your rights are protected.”
Among prominent people present included D P Randhawa, Ex Mayor Raj kumar goyal , Sanjeev chadha, Krishan baweja, Raj kumar gupta, bhim sen Aggarwal, Yankee kalia amongst others.
H.S. Lucky, President, Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Committee, said:
“From Sector 26 to Mauli Jagran, one thing is clear — people are troubled by administrative apathy and rising daily struggles. Whether it’s traders, labourers, or common citizens, they are all looking for honest governance and relief from red-tapism. The Congress Party is with the people and will continue to fight for their rights on the ground and in the corridors of power.”
Tewari announced 10 lacs of funds from the MP LAD scheme for the provision of security cameras in the grain market.
All three programs witnessed large participation, reflecting the growing trust of the people in the Congress leadership.
