ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੀੜੀ ਅਫਗਾਨਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ‘ਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ

ਸ੍ਰੀ-ਚਮਕੌਰ-ਸਾਹਿਬ/SANGHOL-TIMES/Jagmeet-Singh/25 ਮਈ,2025- ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਤੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕੋਨੇ-ਕੋਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗਰੀਬ, ਮਜਲੂਮ, ਦਲਿਤ, ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ, ਜਾਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਤਕਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਉੱਠਕੇ ਦਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸ. ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜ੍ਹੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੀੜੀ ਅਫਗਾਨਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ. ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੱਤਾ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਲਗਨ ਤੇ ਸੁਹਿਰਦਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ “ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ” ਅਤੇ ਦੱਬੇ-ਕੁਚਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਨੇਕਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਨਾ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਕਈ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਹੈ।

ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਗੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਹਾਸ਼ੀਏ ‘ਤੇ ਧੱਕੇ ਗਏ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ। “ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰਅੰਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੱਬੇ-ਕੁਚਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਉਪਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ. ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਏ ਆਜ਼ਮ ਸ. ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਵਜੋਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜ੍ਹੀ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਐਸ.ਸੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾਓ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਵਰਗ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਾ. ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਸਮਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਡਾ. ਬੀ. ਆਰ. ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ) ਦੇ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

-Chamkaur-Sahib/SANGHOL-TIMES/Jagmeet-Singh/25 मई, 2025- बाबा साहिब डॉ. भीम राव अंबेडकर के आंदोलन और मिशन को पंजाब राज्य के हर कोने में ले जाना हमारा पहला और आखिरी लक्ष्य है। जातिगत व धार्मिक भेदभाव से ऊपर उठकर पंजाब के गरीब, मजलूम, दलित, कर्मचारियों व छात्रों को न्याय दिलाया जाएगा। यह शब्द पंजाब राज्य अनुसूचित जाति आयोग के चेयरमैन श्री जसवीर सिंह गढ़ी ने व्यक्त किए। वे श्री चमकौर साहिब के निकट कीरी अफगाना गांव में आयोजित धार्मिक समागम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल हुए। इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में चेयरमैन जसवीर सिंह गढ़ी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पंजाब श्री भगवंत सिंह मान के नेतृत्व वाली पंजाब सरकार ने जब से पंजाब में सत्ता संभाली है, तब से बाबा साहेब डा. भीमराव अंबेडकर के सपनों को साकार करने के लिए पूरी लगन व ईमानदारी से काम किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बाबा साहेब डॉ. भीम राव अंबेडकर द्वारा की गई निस्वार्थ सेवाओं को याद किया, जिन्हें “भारत के संविधान के निर्माता” और शोषितों के लिए लड़ने वाले महान व्यक्ति के रूप में भी याद किया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय संविधान के निर्माता बाबासाहेब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर द्वारा दी गई विविधता में एकता की अवधारणा का मूल सिद्धांत अनेक चुनौतियों के बावजूद आज भी बरकरार है। भारतीय संविधान को विश्व के सर्वोत्तम संविधानों में से एक बताते हुए चेयरमैन गढ़ी ने कहा कि यह समाज के हाशिए पर पड़े वर्गों के लिए न्याय की अंतिम उम्मीद है। उन्होंने बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर को उनके दूरदर्शी और बुद्धिमान नेतृत्व के लिए धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि हमारे संविधान में प्रत्येक नागरिक, विशेषकर शोषितों के अधिकारों की निरंतर सुरक्षा का प्रावधान किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरदार भगवंत सिंह मान के नेतृत्व वाली पंजाब सरकार देश की पहली सरकार है, जिसने सभी सरकारी कार्यालयों में प्रेरणा और रोल मॉडल के रूप में डॉ. भीम राव अंबेडकर और शहीद-ए-आजम सरदार भगत सिंह की तस्वीरें लगाई हैं। भीमराव अंबेडकर को याद करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हमें ऐसे महान और दूरदर्शी व्यक्तित्व को किसी वर्ग विशेष तक सीमित नहीं रखना चाहिए। राष्ट्र के प्रति उनके उल्लेखनीय योगदान को याद करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि डॉ. अंबेडकर द्वारा निर्मित संविधान सभी वर्गों को समान सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है। उन्होंने युवाओं को स्वस्थ समाज और राष्ट्र के निर्माण के लिए उनकी शिक्षाओं को आत्मसात करने हेतु उनका (डॉ. बी. आर. अम्बेडकर) साहित्य पढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर कोई गरीब व्यक्ति पर अत्याचार करता है तो हम इस पर काम कर रहे हैं और आगे भी करते रहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरी जुल्म व अत्याचार पर नीति है जिसके तहत पंजाब की धरती पर जुल्म व अत्याचार करने वालों को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

Chairman Scheduled Caste Commission attended the Village Kiri afgana as Chief Guest at the Religious Celebrations

–Chamkaur-Sahib/SANGHOL-TIMES/Jagmeet-Singh/25 May,2025- Baba Sahib is our first and last target to take the movement and mission of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar to every corner of the state of Punjab. Rise above caste and religious discrimination will be given justice to Punjab’s poor, majloom, Dalits, employees and students. The word expressed by Sr. Jasveer Singh Garhi, the Chairman of the Punjab State Scheduled Caste Commission. He joined as Chief Guest at the religious Samgam held at Kiri Afgana village near Shri Shahib. In his address on the occasion, Chairman Jasvir Singh Garhi said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Punjab Shri Bhagwant Singh Mann since the Punjab government has taken power in Punjab since then Baba Saheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar’s dreams are being fully and sincere work is being done. He recalled the selfless services done by Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, who is also recalled as the producer of the Constitution of India and the great person fighting for the exploited. He said that the basic principle of the concept of unity in diversity given by Babasaheb, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Indian constitution is still retained even today, despite many challenges. Describing the Indian Constitution one of the best constitutions of the world, Chairman Garhi said it is a final hope of justice for the marginalized sections of society. He thanked Baba Saheb Ambedkar for his visionary and intelligent leadership, saying that our constitution has a provision of constant security of the rights of every citizen, especially exploited. He said that the Punjab government led by Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann is the first government in the country to put photos of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh as inspiration and roll models in all government offices. Recalling Bhimrao Ambedkar, he said that we should not limit such great and visionary personality to any class special. Recalling his notable contribution to the nation, he said that the Constitution made by Dr. Ambedkar provides equal protection to all classes. He motivated the youth to read their (Dr. B. R. Ambedkar) literature to assimilate their education for the creation of a healthy society and a nation. He said if someone tortures poor person, we are working on it and will keep doing it further. He said that as per my injustice policy, under which those who do wrong and torture on Punjab’s earth will not be tolerated.
