सूत्रों के मुताबिक, जस्टिस हसनैन के अच्छे काम को देखते हुए, संबंधित हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस ने इन पदों पर उनके कार्यकाल को दो साल और बढ़ाने की मंजूरी दे दी।

Justice Hasnain , widely regarded as a benchmark of integrity and impartiality in the judiciary, has once again been entrusted with responsibilities in constitutional institutions. This renewed trust reflects confidence in his honesty, conduct, and administrative competence.

Justice Hasnain served as a judge of the Allahabad High Court for nearly 12 years. Based on his work, behavior, and administrative efficiency, he was not only appointed to important constitutional boards but also received extensions of his tenure in two positions.

In 2020, Justice Hasnain was appointed Chairman of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) for a period of three years. During his tenure, he established a distinct identity through decisions taken in the public interest, regulatory transparency, and legally sound judgments.

From his judicial tenure to his current responsibilities, there has never been any controversy associated with his work.
