चंडीगढ़/SANGHOL-TIMES/HARMINDER -NAGPAL/JAGMEET-SINGH/15 जून,2025- हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कहा कि पोल्ट्री उद्योग भारत के कृषि क्षेत्र का एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण और तीव्र गति से विकसित होने वाला व्यवसाय है। कम निवेश, सीमित भूमि और सीमित संसाधनों के बावजूद यह व्यवसाय अधिक आय का अवसर प्रदान करता है। साथ ही यह उद्योग प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन की पूर्ति करता है और लाखों लोगों के लिए आजीविका का साधन भी बन रहा है। यह बात हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने आज अपने निवास पर भारतीय पोल्ट्री फेडरेशन के सदस्यों के साथ एक बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कही।

बैठक में शिक्षा मंत्री श्री महीपाल ढांडा, भारतीय पोल्ट्री फेडरेशन के अध्यक्ष श्री रणपाल ढांडा, उपाध्यक्ष श्री संजीव गुप्ता, पोल्ट्री विशेषज्ञ तथा पोल्ट्री व्यवसाय से जुड़े किसान मौजूद रहे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पोल्ट्री उत्पादों की समयबद्ध आपूर्ति के लिए बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी, सुदृढ़ लॉजिस्टिक्स और प्रभावी कोल्ड चेन नेटवर्क की आवश्यकता होती है। इस दृष्टिकोण से हरियाणा इस उद्योग के लिए देश का सबसे उपयुक्त राज्य है।

उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा में सड़क, रेल और हवाई कनेक्टिविटी का सशक्त और आधुनिक नेटवर्क तैयार किया गया है। प्रदेश के प्रत्येक जिले से कम से कम एक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग गुजरता है। इसके अतिरिक्त सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र (एन.सी.आर.) को लॉजिस्टिक्स हब के रूप में विकसित कर रही है, जिसमें हरियाणा के 22 में से 16 जिले सम्मिलित हैं। यह पोल्ट्री व्यवसाय के लिए अपार संभावनाओं के द्वार खोलता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पोल्ट्री संघ ने जो मांग पत्र उन्हें सौंपा है, उस पर अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करके गंभीरता से विचार किया जाएगा और नियमों में सरलीकरण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने पोल्ट्री व्यवसाय से जुड़े लोगों का आह्वान किया कि वे नियमों का पालन भी करें, ताकि आम जनता को भी कोई परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में यह उद्योग तीन लाख से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष व अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार प्रदान कर रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पोल्ट्री पालन से जुड़े किसानों को व्यवसाय प्रबंधन, रोग नियंत्रण और विपणन जैसे विषयों पर निरंतर प्रशिक्षण देकर हम इस क्षेत्र को सशक्त बना सकते हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि पोल्ट्री कचरे के प्रबंधन की गंभीर समस्या है। इसके निपटान हेतु सरल, सस्ती और प्रभावी तकनीक की आवश्यकता है। इस क्षेत्र पर कार्य करने की जरूरत है

उन्होंने कहा कि देश प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में विकसित भारत की ओर अग्रसर हो रहा है, तो हमें पोल्ट्री सेक्टर को सिर्फ पोल्ट्री के रूप में नहीं देखना है, बल्कि पोषण, नवाचार और निर्यात की तिहरी शक्ति के रूप में विकसित करना है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पोल्ट्री उद्योग को भारत की कृषि आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था का एक मजबूत स्तंभ बनाने हेतु अपनी पूरी क्षमताओं का उपयोग करें। यह क्षेत्र न केवल करोड़ों लोगों को पोषण एवं रोजगार देता है, बल्कि भारत की वैश्विक पहचान को भी सुदृढ़ करता है।

Haryana is most suitable state for the poultry industry – Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini

Chandigarh/SANGHOL-TIMES/HARMINDER -NAGPAL/JAGMEET-SINGH/15 June,2025- Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini said that the poultry industry is an extremely important and acute business developing in the agriculture sector of India. Despite low investment, limited land and limited resources, this business offers more income opportunity. At the same time, the industry satisfies protein-containing food and is also becoming a means of livelihood for millions of people. This was said by Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini presided over a meeting with members of Indian Poultry Federation at his residence today. In the meeting, Education Minister Shri Mahipal Dhanda, Chairman of Indian Poultry Federation, Shri Ranpal Dhanda, Vice-Chairman Shri Sanjiv Gupta, Poultry Expert and Farmers associated with Poultry Business were present. The Chief Minister said that timed supply of poultry products requires better connectivity, strengthened logistics and effective cold chain network. From this view, Haryana is the country’s most suitable state for this industry. He said that a strong and modern network of road, rail and air connectivity has been created in Haryana. At least one national highway passes from each district of the state. In addition, the government is developing the national capital area (NCR) as logistics hub, which includes 16 of the 22 districts in Haryana. It opens the door to immense possibilities for the poultry business. The Chief Minister said that the demand letter the Poultry Union has handed them will be seriously considered by meeting the officers and simplification in the rules. He called for people associated with the poultry business to follow the rules, so that the general public also had no trouble. He said that in the state this industry is providing employment directly and indirectly to more than 3 lakh people. He said that by giving continuous training on subjects like business management, disease control and marketing to farmers associated with poultry adherence we can empower the area. He said poultry waste has serious problem managing. To settle this is a simple, affordable and effective technology required. There is a need to work on the region, he said that the country is leading to India developed under the skilled guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, so we do not have to see the poultry sector as just poultry, but to develop as a triple power of nutrition, innovation and exports. He said that use its full capabilities to make the poultry industry a strong pillar of India’s agricultural based economy. This area not only nourishes and employs crores of people, but also reinforce India’s global identity.

ਚੰਡੀਗਡ਼੍ਹ/ਸੰਘੋਲ-ਟਾਈਮਜ਼/ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ-ਨਾਗਪਾਲ/ਜਗਮੀਤ-ਸਿੰਘ/15 ਜੂਨ,2025 – ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਾਇਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੈਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾਡ਼ੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਹੈ। ਘੱਟ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼, ਸੀਮਤ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਮਤ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਇਹ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੀਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ-ਰੋਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਧਨ ਵੀ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਾਇਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੈਨੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਹੀ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮਹਿਪਾਲ ਢਾਂਡਾ, ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਣਪਾਲ ਢਾਂਡਾ, ਵਾਈਸ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਮਾਹਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਕਨੈਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ, ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਲੌਜਿਸਟਿਕਸ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਕੋਲਡ ਚੇਨ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਲੋਡ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਇਸ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਢੁਕਵਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਡ਼ਕ, ਰੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਇੱਕ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਾਜਮਾਰਗ ਲੰਘਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਖੇਤਰ (ਐੱਨ. ਸੀ. ਆਰ.) ਨੂੰ ਲੌਜਿਸਟਿਕਸ ਹੱਬ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ 22 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 16 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਲਈ ਅਥਾਹ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਗਏ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ 3 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਪਾਲਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੁਡ਼ੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ, ਰੋਗ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਰਗੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਸ਼ਕਤ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਰਹਿੰਦ-ਖੂੰਹਦ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਲ, ਕਿਫਾਇਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਦੀ ਲੋਡ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵੱਲ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ, ਬਲਕਿ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ, ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਦੀ ਤੀਹਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਲਟਰੀ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾਡ਼ੀ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਥੰਮ੍ਹ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਸਮਰੱਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਕਰੋਡ਼ੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਬਲਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪਛਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
